Goal: Warm fascia, awaken the major meridian lines, and identify areas of restriction before practice.

                    How it Works:
Far-infrared warmth softens connective tissue, magnetism boosts micro-circulation, and negative ions calm the nervous system. Together they hydrate and prime fascia, revealing where the body is tight or imbalanced so you can target those areas intelligently.

                    How to Use:

                        - Move your body mindfully. Notice areas of tension, asymmetry, or reduced glide that might inform where to place the Pens — the areas where the fascia needs the most attention.
- Keep both Pens in the case and hold them at a 90° angle to the area of tension, restriction, or pain.

Common Pre-Stretch or Pre-Yoga Placements: Trace slowly from the base of the skull down each side of the neck, across the shoulders, and along the arms. Sweep down the outer thighs and calves, finishing under the feet to complete a grounding circuit.

If certain regions feel densely stuck or slow to release, remove the Pens from the case and apply a more advanced circuit — using the Red Pen first to extract and open, then following 3–4 inches behind with the Blue Pen to seal and harmonize the fascia line. Duration: 3–7 minutes.

Result: By locating and releasing the dense or "stuck" regions first, you balance both sides of the body, shorten warm-up time, and enter your practice with symmetry, safety, and deeper flow.
