Beginner Protocol

(Red + Blue Together in Case)

  • Place the Pen on the center of the chest for 30–60 seconds.
  • Move to the back of the neck (base of skull) for 30–60 seconds.
  • Touch gently to the forehead (between eyebrows) for 30 seconds.
  • Finish with a light hold over the lower mid-chest area (just below the chest) for grounding and calm.

Advanced Protocol – Simultaneous Circuit

(Red + Blue Out of Case)

Coherence Circuit (Right–Left Nervous System Balance)

  • Red Tip: placed just below the right ear (behind the jawline).
  • Blue Tip: placed just below the left ear in the mirrored position.
  • Hold for 45–60 seconds, breathing slowly.
  • Swap sides and repeat for another 45–60 seconds.

Cranial–Heart Synchronization

  • Red Tip: placed at the forehead (between eyebrows).
  • Blue Tip: placed on the center of the chest.
  • Hold for 45–60 seconds, then swap and repeat once.

Grounding + Integration Circuit

  • Red Tip: over the center of the chest.
  • Blue Tip: just below the mid-chest area (near the upper abdomen).
  • Hold 60–90 seconds, breathing deeply until a sense of calm or clarity emerges.
🕒 Total duration: 5–7 minutes
