• The Recovery Pen reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Order Requirements and Discount Tiers
A minimum order of 3 units is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
Discount tiers are as follows:

• 3-5 Units: 15% discount
• 6-11 Units: 18% discount
• 12+ Units: 20% discount

Discounts apply to the product price only and do not include shipping or taxes.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• Upon termination, the wholesale partner must cease selling TRP products and remove any associated branding or marketing materials.
• Outstanding orders placed before termination will be honored under these terms.

9. Amendments

• TRP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Wholesale partners will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
